FAQs of Winters Canada Digital Pressure Gauge DPG210:
Q: How do I select the desired pressure unit on the DPG210 gauge?
A: You can easily switch between psi, bar, kPa, and MPa by pressing the dedicated unit selection button on the gauge. This allows you to view readings in the most suitable unit for your application.
Q: What is the process for zero adjustment or tare on the device?
A: To reset the gauge to zero, press the push-button tare/zero function on the front panel. This is useful for compensating any minor baseline pressure differences before taking your measurement.
Q: When should I replace the battery in the DPG210, and which battery type does it use?
A: Replace the 3V lithium battery (CR2430 type) when the low battery indicator appears on the LCD display or when the gauge starts to show inconsistent readings. A fresh battery is included with the product.
Q: Where can I use this digital pressure gauge?
A: The DPG210 is suitable for industrial settings and can measure non-corrosive liquids and gases. Its IP65 rating and corrosion-resistant housing allow operation in demanding environments, including factories, plants, and field applications.
Q: What benefits does the digital LCD with backlighting provide?
A: The backlit LCD ensures that pressure readings remain clearly visible in dim or variable lighting conditions, which enhances usability and ensures operational safety during night shifts or in poorly lit areas.
Q: Is the gauge compliant with any quality standards?
A: Yes, the DPG210 pressure gauge is CE marked, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards required within industrial environments.
